“Hardcore” Visit to the Production Operation Area

 

Led by the factory director in person, we stepped into the Production Operation Area (Image 1). The giant stirring kettles and complex pipeline systems in front of us form the “birthplace” of cast-in-place plastic running tracks. The factory director explained the entire process to us, from raw material mixing and reaction to finished product output: the operating parameters of each stirring kettle and the time control of each process directly affect the flatness, elasticity, and durability of the running track. In the Scattered Area (Image 3), technicians demonstrated the key link of raw material dispersion to us. Stepping into the Powder Area Warehouse (Image 2), the piles of raw material bags gave us an intuitive understanding of “raw material selection”. As marketing personnel, when customers ask about product environmental safety, we can confidently share: Foss’s raw materials undergo layers of inspection as soon as they enter the factory, ensuring the “green gene” of the running track from the source.
